Zapier

Send screenshot events to Zapier to trigger thousands of automations — no code required.

How it works

Every time a screenshot is completed, ScreenshotCenter fires a webhook to your Zapier Catch Hook URL. Zapier then triggers any automation you have set up — sending emails, creating rows in spreadsheets, posting to Slack, and more.

Setup

  1. In Zapier, create a new Zap and select Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook as the trigger.
  2. Copy the webhook URL that Zapier provides.
  3. In the dashboard, add the app, select Zapier, and paste the URL into Webhook URL.

Configuration

  • Webhook URL (required) — the Catch Hook URL from Zapier.

Notes

The payload sent to Zapier is identical to the standard Webhook payload, containing the screenshot ID, URL, status, and asset URL.
